Apprentice Success Story
Claire Davidson
Digital Accessibility Specialist - Level 4

In my own words
By Claire Davidson
Driven by a commitment to accessibility and inclusion, I pursued a formal qualification with London Vesta College to build on my existing knowledge and skills. I wanted to improve the user experience for people with disabilities, meet recognised standards, and advance accessibility at an organisational level.
Completing the Digital Accessibility Specialist Apprenticeship - and achieving distinction - has been a pivotal milestone in my professional development. Through both theoretical learning and real-world application of accessibility principles, I've expanded my breadth and depth of knowledge and strengthened my ability to advocate for and implement accessibility improvements.
The apprenticeship programme was thoughtfully structured, practical, and delivered with genuine enthusiasm, making the learning experience both engaging and impactful.
I highly recommend workplace apprenticeships to anyone wishing to enhance their knowledge and skill set in support of their career ambitions and professional development, and London Vesta College as a training provider.
Special thanks go to the Apprenticeship Team at the College for their invaluable support and encouragement, which made my learning journey such a positive and rewarding experience.
